The Penne Rigate Integrali No. 41 from De Cecco are ridged tube pasta made from wholemeal durum wheat semolina and come in a 500 g pack. As is usual for De Cecco, the pasta is drawn through bronze dies and dried slowly, which gives it a rough surface to which sauces adhere well.
