Deuka Körner Extra
Deuka Körner Extra is a grain mixture for feeding laying hens from the point of lay. In combination with deuka Legemehl or deuka Legekorn, the supplementary feed ensures a supply that meets the needs of egg-laying poultry during the laying period. In this way the grain mixture ensures a reliable nutrient supply and promotes sustained laying performance in the hens.
Deuka Körner Extra adds variety to the feeding trough and encourages pecking. Included in the evening feed, it complements the daily feeding of Deuka Legemehl or deuka Legekorn with the necessary portion of energy and closes the last nutrient gaps.
All ingredients of the high-quality grain mixture are specially cleaned and low in dust. Together with Deuka laying mash/laying grain, Deuka Körner Extra makes a complete feed. Mixed in a ratio of 1:2 with Deuka laying mash or Deuka laying grain, Deuka Körner Extra guarantees a balanced diet for laying hens.

Feeding recommendation
Feed in a ratio of 1:2 with laying mash or laying grain during the laying period.
Ideally, laying mash / laying grain is fed in the morning before the hens go out, and Körner Extra / Körner Deluxe in the evening. The daily requirement of a modern laying hen (hybrid with a body weight of approx. 1.5 kg) is approx. 120 grams per animal per day. This means 80 g laying mash/laying grain plus 40 g grain feed per animal per day.
Always ensure fresh drinking water is available.
