For consistently perfect coffee quality, optimal care of your fully automatic machine and hygienic handling of milk, coffee and water are decisive. For easy maintenance, every JURA fully automatic machine has a maintenance-free brewing unit that cleans itself at the touch of a button.

• Phase 1 Cleaning: the brewing unit and brewing sieve are thoroughly rinsed with water at 80 °C.

• Phase 2 Care: in the care phase, special active ingredients seal the surfaces of the relevant components and thus prevent coffee residues and coffee oils from building up again.

• Phase 3 Protection: in the third phase, so-called complexing agents protect the fully automatic machine long-term against mineral deposits.
